SGPA ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING

I worked on leasing plans for several retail locations as well as creating the materials for an RFP. In addition, I also worked on revising and updating permit set for a project. Through this I learned to gather consultant information, filling in plan checks, and cross-checking codes. I also designed the facade for a rennovation project and modify landscaping.

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Student research assistant tasked to analyze an environmental quality and impact management project proposal of digital twin application for the Cal Poly campus. In this research position, we were tasked with assessing the ethical issues from student proposals and come up with solutions that may arise from these issues and concern.

Through almost two year of studio, I have familiarized myself with design softwares (V-ray, Rhino, Adobe CC), tools and equipments(metal and wood shop machines) that I use in my design process. I learnt basic design features such as programs and laws and code restrictions which are important when designing buildings.

FUNDRAISER FOR HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

Fall 2015

As a third world country, Indonesia has a lot of poorly built houses. This issue was one I had worked on decreasing through a school project where I and some fellow students were assigned to raise money to build a house. We were then asked to build the foundation of the house for a chosen less fortunate family. Through this experience I learned some basic foundation building skills and earned some leadership skills from organizing the fundraiser and working with an organization.

CONTENT CREATION COMMITTEE FOR SF URBAN PROGRAM

Winter 2021- Spring 2021

Worked with four other people to create content for the program and managing the program’s social media accounts while gathering content from the students in the program. Learned to delegate and split responsibilities while managing time. I learned to edit videos, directing how people should video as well as finding ways to put footages together.

URBAN MOVEMENT | SPONSORSHIP AND THEME COMMITTEE REPRESENTATIVE

I am in charge of designing a sponsorship package and reaching out to companies via emails to gain their sponsoship for my affiliated club’s event. I am also in charge of designing decorations and creating a theme for the event.

BOEING DESIGN CHALLENGE CHARETTE

Fall 2019

My studio, in collaboration with the Liberal Arts and Engineering students (LAES), teamed up to design a user experience of getting on,off and/or in an airplane. The competition was to come up with a concept of future airline travel. My group created a flexible design with a focus on creating family compartments that can transform into business class seats.

COMMUNITY SERVICE | COMMUNITY CLEAN UP

Fall 2015

I volunteered to join a community clean up held by the government in Indonesia at some of the most polluted areas in the city.
